The lecture course is based on the textbook Neil H. E. Weste & Kamran Eshraghian Principles of CMOS VLSI Design: A Systems Perspective 2nd. edition, Addison-Wesley, 1993 ISBN 0-201-53376-6 The book is available from Polyteknisk Boghandel in Building 101A. Price approx. DKK 700.

In addition, a set of lecture notes is used. The material may be purchased at the IMM Secretariat. The set of lecture notes is payed for as a whole, the price being DKK 150. The notes consists of
