Beskrivelse: A number of computer languages has been
suggested for specifying biological systems; one of the most promising ones is
the BioAmbients which models the hierarchical structures of biological systems
as well as the interactions between the various components. The idea in the
project is to study how some simple systems can be modelled in BioAmbients and
to build a simulator visualising the evolution of the systems.
