Employees at IMM may borrow books without registration at the librarians.

Students may borrow books by using their ID-cards (must be registered) at the main library (DTV) or using a DTV borrower's card. Textbooks can't be borrowed. Students are welcome to read in the books in the library.

Guests are allowed to borrow books without registration at the librarians, if they have an e-mail address (an account) at IMM.

External users may borrow books from IMM by ordering them through the main library (DTV) or directly at IMM by using a DTV borrower's card.

The loan period is 1 month for students and external borrowers.

IMM is entitled to recall material on loan before the expiry of the loan period.

Journal issues may not be borrowed. Photocopies can be made in the library.
