Convergence analysis of a finite difference scheme for viscous gas problems

Abstract
The boundary value problem for the system of equations describing a non-stationary flow of viscous compressible gas is considered. An implicit finite difference scheme approximating the problem is used. Estimates are proved for the numerical solution including the error, which appears when the systems of tridiagonal algebraic equations are solved numerically.
